Her lived experiences have fostered a deep empathy and understanding for the challenges others face, inspiring her to support teens and adults as they navigate their own paths. Karina believes in the power of connection and personalizing therapy to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences in a judgment-free space.
Karina works with clients to address a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, trauma, and addiction. Her approach is personalized to meet each individual’s needs. Specializing in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Harm Reduction approaches, Karina supports clients in developing self-awareness, building on their strengths, and making meaningful progress in their lives.
A passionate animal lover, Karina is working toward incorporating animals into her therapeutic practice. She believes in the healing power of the human-animal bond and is committed to creating a compassionate, integrative approach that reflects her values both in and outside of the therapy room.
