Anela Richie
M.A. LMFT, 115341
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the great state of California with experience treating individuals and families who have anxiety and depression stemming from issues people experience as they transition to different phases in their lives.
As an Air Force veteran, I am uniquely qualified to assist members of the military and their families as they face many of the challenges that are specific to the military community.
With the high percentage of positive results Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the predominate treatment option chosen by mental health practitioners for its effectiveness and ability to teach clients coping skills they can use after treatment ends.
My passion has always been helping people, even while in the military. Helping people realize their true potential, find their happiness or work through what they could not go a minute without thinking about; no matter what it may be.
