A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Humanities from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), with additional coursework as a Pupil Personnel Services Credential.

As an Army veteran and the spouse of a retired Marine, Angela is familiar with the unique challenges associated with the profession and within the community. Specific challenges may include anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger management and family/relationship conflict.

Angela has experience in a variety of clinical settings having worked for the Department of Social Services in Riverside County, Inland Regional Center and a local school district (elementary) in the Inland Empire as a mental health professional, she brings experience in both behavioral health and the child welfare fields.

Experience in treating children, adolescent and adult clients, she believes in meeting clients where they are by establishing rapport and creating a non-judgmental environment in order to facilitate open communication. By utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she empowers her clients and provides them with the best possible therapeutic experience.
