Angelina Waterman

Angelina Waterman, M.A., is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the contracted BCBA Supervisor. She provides clinical supervision and oversight of behavior-analytic services, supporting the team in delivering ethical, individualized, and compassionate care. She is also the founder and owner of TREES Behavioral, a traveling behavioral wellness practice serving California, Archuleta County, the Four Corners region, and Southwest Colorado.
Angelina’s path into behavior analysis began in 2012 and in 2023 she launched her private practice. Along the way, she has supervised RBTs, managed clinical programming across multiple cases, and guided teams in keeping documentation, credentialing, and treatment goals clear and well organized.

Angelina brings a warm, practical approach to her work. As a clinician she is passionate about applying behavior analysis beyond traditional settings. She believes lasting change grows from strong relationships, meaningful goals, and teaching skills that fit into real life. Her supervision style is supportive and collaborative, helping clinicians build confidence while keeping clients and families at the center of every decision.

Originally from Queens, New York, Angelina now lives in Pagosa Springs, Colorado with her partner and child. Angelina travels regularly as a BCBA where she is committed to expanding access to quality, compassionate support in diagnosed as well as undiagnosed populations and communities that want to change for the better.
