John Josma

John Josma is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger connections. After proudly serving in the military, he gained experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults through Riverside County Mental Health, supporting clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.

John earned his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care. He is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and achieve meaningful change.
