Kai Frakes is an Administrative Assistant at A Mindful You in Canyon Lake, where she helps create a welcoming and organized experience for clients while supporting the practice’s day-to-day operations.

Kai is currently a senior at Temescal Canyon High School and plans to attend college after graduation, aiming for a career in dentistry. Her interest in healthcare stems from a desire to help others and make a positive impact in her community.

Known for her friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Kai enjoys being part of a team dedicated to supporting the well-being of others. She is committed to providing excellent administrative support, ensuring each client’s experience with A Mindful You is positive from the moment they reach out, and supporting the clinicians behind the scenes.

Outside of work and school, Kai enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active by wakeboarding and paddle boarding, engaging in art, and preparing for the next steps in her educational journey.
