As an ASW supervisor, Lisa is passionate about supporting emerging social workers as they develop their clinical skills, confidence, and professional identity. Her supervision style is collaborative and encouraging, while providing guidance in clinical practice, ethics, documentation, and professional growth. Her clinical approaches include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused and Supportive Therapy.
