I am deeply passionate about holistic healing, with a strong focus on mental and behavioral health. While in college, I worked in Applied Behavioral Analysis, providing in-home support to children and their families. My work emphasized Autism spectrum support, parenting techniques, navigating family turmoil, and addressing anxiety and depression.

I believe that everyone experiences the world through a unique lens. Building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and understanding is essential to personal growth—whether as an individual, couple, or family. My own childhood experience with therapy, which involved being moved between multiple therapists without finding a meaningful connection, fuels my commitment to offering stable, compassionate, and consistent care.

What I love most about being a mental health professional is witnessing the positive change I can help foster in someone’s life. Supporting others on their healing journey is not just my profession—it’s my purpose.
