A registered Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Loma Linda University. Becoming a therapist has been a deeply personal and purposeful journey for me- rooted in my passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where people can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My experience includes providing mental health education to adults, adolescents, and their families. My clinical work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, assisting clients build insight, develop coping strategies, identity exploration, and fostering emotional resilience- always honoring each person’s unique story and strengths. My therapeutic frameworks draw from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic approaches, allowing me to tailor care to each individuals unique needs and goals.
As someone who values connection and growth, I believe that healing happens in relationships, and I’m honored to walk along side clients in that process.
