Raejoia Williams

Raejoia Williams, pronounced ray-joy-uh, or joi is a registered Associate Professional Clinical
Counselor. She received her B.A. from California University, Long Beach, and Master’s of
Counseling Psychology with a Specialization on Children & Adolescents from Azusa Pacific
University. A few words that best describe Raejoia are energetic, diligent, organized, and
solution oriented.
Raejoia believes that if individuals, of all ages, backgrounds, socioeconomic status, faith
journeys, and all other identifiers are equipped with the right tools they can become their own
social and emotional advocates. She merges therapeutic techniques with her interests in anime,
digital media, and music, to meet clients where they are and help them grow in ways they never
thought possible.
She views herself an ally to clients journeying alongside them. She has experience working with
school systems, outpatient, and in private settings to children, adolescents, and emerging adults
offering compassion and client-centered approach with cultural humility. Raejoia is committed
to fostering collaborative relationships that empower clients, bring insight, and foster change.
In her free time, Raejoia can be seen volunteering at local foodbanks working with the seniors,
homeless populations, and veterans.
