A registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling from Palo Alto University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University. As a United States Air Force veteran and spouse of a retired Army veteran, I am deeply attuned to the unique challenges faced by those in military service. My experience includes supporting veterans dealing with grief, and at The Elizabeth Hospice, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with grieving children, adolescents, and adults.
Since 2018, I have worked with children with autism, ADHD, and other disabilities, helping them and their families navigate their unique needs. I believe that each client is truly unique, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel fully supported in their healing journey. I utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy, adapting my approach to honor each person’s needs and strengths. Together, we explore coping strategies that resonate with who they are, empowering them to move forward with resilience.
